Arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari handed over the London building to Thampi.

According to the Enforcement Unit, Robert Vaderra had used the building as a Benami to Thampi. Eddie says CC Thampi, Robert Vadhera, and Sanjay Bhandari are close friends. The money was used to buy Benami goods for Vadra. After selling the property to CC Thampi, the money went away.
